Thoroughly enjoying the Academy Awards hoopla, Hayden Panettiere  was spotted at the 18th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party last night. The “I Love You Beth Cooper” babe looked absolutely fabulous as she arrived at the Pacific Design Center in a dark bronze dress with black peep-toe heels.

The day before, Hayden was reportedly smitten with Gerard Butler when he showed up at the Vanity Fair/Brioni Artists For Peace and Justice benefit. According to a spy, Panettiere whispered, “Gerard Butler is here!” to a gal pal before making her way over to the Scottish stud and flirting with him a bit.
