Heroes hottie Hayden Panettiere  showed off her glowing skin last night (February 24) as she headed out for a night in Hollywood. Hayden was seen making her way to the Kantor Gallery for an event. Hayden also rocked the latest bold-lip trend with some red lipstick, along with a slouchy grey cardigan as she made her way into the gallery and out of the rainy Los Angeles weather.

So how does Hayden keep her body in such tip-top shape? Swimming! Hayden recently dished on her latest work out plan for her feature in this month’s Shape Magazine. “Swimming works all your muscles—your core, glutes, quads, even the ones you didn’t know you had, like the little ones in your feet and hands! It’s about getting your heart rate up and building endurance. You can hold your breath much longer than you think you can.”

Heroes star, Hayden Panettiere’s latest movie, I Love You, Beth Cooper will be in theaters on July 10th and I have a feeling all the men won’t want to miss this one.  Hayden has a nude scene and I can’t think of anyone who will want to miss it!Hayden isn’t ready for full frontal nudity for the cameras, yet.I am glad she’s not giving it all up.  I think she is keeping her class and that is a thing of great value.  Way to go, Hayden!

Hayden Panettiere is more than just a pretty face or just another actress out there, having repeatedly gotten involved in several charities and environmental organizations and using her celebrity status to draw attention to countless important issues. Now on the cover of Self magazine, Hayden, a spokesperson for The Whaleman Foundation, is praising the pleasures and benefits of swimming in the ocean. In fact, the petite actress explains, this is the only workout to which she sticks almost with religiosity because it’s the only one that is so incredibly efficient and, at the same time, fun. Whenever she gets the chance, Hayden will go for a swim, even if she can’t do so in the ocean, and thus keep in top shape. However, the secret to looking as good as she does also has a lot to do with confidence: setting unrealistic expectations means choosing failure from the start.

“I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life after a dive. Swimming works all your muscles – your core, glutes, quads, even the ones you didn’t know you had, like the little ones in your feet and hands! When I exercise, I just feel good. I’m not a 6-foot-tall skinny model, and yes, I have cellulite, but I’m not going to apologize for my body. If you love your body, it will love you back. Confidence is beautiful,” the actress says.

When I think of healthy, fit, and strong celebrities, Hayden Panettiere is one famous lady who comes to mind. How does she stay in shape? The Heroes actress lifts weights twice a week and runs 30 minutes or longer at least three days a week. But she doesn't do it to look and feel good. She does stay fit in order to stay strong and build endurance for diving.

She's a spokeswoman for The Whaleman Foundation, an organization dedicated to protecting marine life, which she feels very strongly about. Even though you probably know Hayden as Claire, the invincible cheerleader on Heroes, you can also see her in another fearless role in the documentary The Cove, where she joins a protest to prevent the capture and slaughter of whales and dolphins.

The actress is believed to have boosted her bust from an A to a C cup. “She couldn’t be happier,” a source told National Enquirer magazine. “She’s wanted bigger boobs since she was 17, but the timing and scheduling was just never right. She finally decided to do it right after the holidays.”

Hayden recently debuted a new hairstyle, dying her trademark blonde locks red. It has been claimed the make-over could have been a cunning way to drawing attention away from her increased chest size, with plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn telling the publication Hayden seems to have undergone a breast augmentation. “Her breasts appear to have gone from an A to a C, judging from the photos. She looks even more like a superhero than she did in drama series Heroes,” he said.

Young actors Ed Westwick and Hayden Panettiere  sat side-by-side last night (February 18) at the Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Show in New York. Also spotted just a couple seats down was Ed’s co-star Penn Badgley. Hayden and Ed chatted through out the show, and even hung out afterwards backstage with Penn and other celebrities.

Hayden Panettiere might play a rapidly-regenerating cheerleader on TV, but when it comes to real-life heroics, the star of NBC's "Heroes" has a lot more in common with Al Gore than Wolverine — for the past five years, she's been working as a spokeswoman for the Whaleman Foundation, an organization dedicated to the protection of marine life from man-made dangers. Tanned and sporting some beach-tousled locks on the cover of the March issue of SELF magazine, Hayden took a break from free diving with pilot whales to talk about her off-screen life, working in the water, and her passion for making a difference.

As part of her work with the Whaleman Foundation, Hayden recently lent her voice to a major protest in response to the capture and killing of whales and dolphins in Japan — a dangerous encounter that was captured on film in "The Cove". The documentary chronicles the clash between activists and Japanese fisherman during the annual dolphin hunt at Taiji, Wakayama. Says Hayden, "When we did the protest in 'The Cove,' I thought I’d be scared, but when I saw what was going on, I had no fear at all. I was deeply angry.”

Ironically, Hayden's off-camera activism has led right back to the red carpet; "The Cove", like "An Inconvenient Truth" before it, got an Oscar nomination for Best Documentary Feature. But when it comes to her passion for marine life, what matters to Hayden is making a difference. “I’ve always been aggressive about protecting the things I believe in, whether it be my family or friend or animals," she explains. And after traveling with the foundation to Washington, D.C., she made sure her voice was heard by someone who mattered: "I even met with Barack Obama, when he was campaigning. He said he grew up in Hawaii so dolphins and whales are very close to him. I knew I had two minutes to reel off what I wanted to get across. He was larger than live and so nice. Laws and politics—that’s where things change.”

Following the popular Hollywood trend,  Hayden Panettiere has reportedly undergone breast augmentation surgery recently. According to a report, the “Heroes” hottie has been wanting a bigger bustline for awhile now, and she finally went under the knife over the holidays to make it happen.

An inside source told press, “Hayden went from an A to a C cup, and she couldn’t be happier. She’s wanted bigger boobs since she was 17, but the time and scheduling were just never right. She finally decided to do it right after the holidays. “Hayden hopes her makeover will land her better parts and finally get her out of that cute, blonde, popular cheerleader stereotype.”

Fast emerging singer-songwriter Joshua Radin can already name the likes of Zach Braff, Ellen DeGeneres and Miley Cyrus among his fast growing fanbase. Now he can add another stellar name to the list in the shape of Hayden Panettiere. The Heroes star features in the video to his upcoming single ‘I’d Rather Be With You’ that will be released on March 22nd on 14th Floor Records.

Filmed on the outskirts of Los Angeles, the video was directed by Tony Petrossian and Marc Klasfeld. Somebody sure seemed to perk & plump up lately, and I’m not talking about their lips! “Heroes” star Hayden Panettiere seems to have done a little bit of growing, and according to the National Enquirer its all thanks to a boob job.    “Hayden went from an A cup to a C cup and she couldn’t be happier,” a close pal revealed. “She’s wanted bigger boobs since she was 17, but the timing and scheduling were just never right. She finally decided to do it right after the holidays.”

That’s not the only thing that’s changed on the star, as she’s now sporting freshly dyed red locks instead of her signature blonde. Does this have something to do with a plot line that has more twists and turns than a drunk trying to walk a straight line? Not so much.  “It appears she may have had her hair dyed as a way to attract attention away from a possible breast augmentation,” Dr. Youn, who has not treated the star, told The Enquirer. “Her breasts appear to have gone from an A to a C, judging from photos.”The images of Hayden in the pink spaghetti strap dress were taken at the Teen Choice Awards in the August of 2009. Miraculously she is sporting C cup cleavage and brunette locks in late January of 2010 and filling out a neon pink bikini in December of 2009.
