Check out the first for Season 4 Volume 5 of HEROES featuring Hayden Panettiere as Claire Bennet. The first episode of season 4 is untitled Redemption and premieres Monday September 21st 8/7c on NBC. In this picture, Claire appears to be dead in a street with chalk around her.
Does anyone care to speculate what could have happened to her?

Hayden Panettiere is a “Hero” to whales once more. Along with “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” star Isabel Lucas, the ocean-loving actress is offering a day of private dolphin and whale-watching up for auction on eBay as part of their eBay Give Good Green campaign.

The auction will benefit the Whaleman Foundation, a non-profit aiming to put an end to commercial whaling.

Fans can bid at ebay/whaleman, as well as watch an exclusive video message from Hayden. The auction runs until September 4. Hayden is a longtime whale supporter, having been involved at past events including a Save The Whales - Again rally in Washington D.C. last year.

A Lindsay Lohan ex may have landed a hero. While its not on and off girlfriend Samantha Ronson, Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere is rumored to be dating Lindsay's Lohan ex-boyfriend Harry Morton. Panettiere, 20, was said to be dating Welsh TV presenter Steve Jones after they were seen enjoying a number of dates. However, the actress was spotted holding hands with nightclub and restaurant owner Morton, 28.An onlooker said: "The couple seemed extremely happy." Just a month ago Panettiere was seen having dinner with Jones and they looked very much in love, despite the 12-year age gap, as they held hands under the table."

Christina Aguilera dubbed the "diva from hell" by shutterbug...Celebrity photographer Rankin has branded singer Christina Aguilera the "diva from hell" when he worked with her on a shoot. The fashion photographer worked with Christina, 28, in 2007 and recently said at his Rankin Retrospective Exhibition.

"Christina was a diva from hell and pure torture to be around. "She's so self-obsessed. She insisted that her chauffeur drive her indoors into the studio so she wasn't papped - even though there was nobody outside. "Then she crashed my after-party and her bodyguard stood outside the bathroom shouting: 'Nobody but Christina uses this toilet!' She's a joke!" Rankin has worked with the likes of Kate Moss, Lindsay Lohan and Madonna.

Over at Movieweb they put up what they are calling the first image featuring Claire (Hayden Panettierre) for Redemption, the upcoming chapter starting in the next season of NBC’s Heroes. Make sure you check out the season’s trailer that came out at the end of July. A note: there are some calling this a spoiler, but I’m not sure that it is abnormally so (I’d say not at all), as she seems always falling off of something.

Not really sure if it’s as effective a ‘grabbing’ piece as it might have been intended, as the whole innocent Claire/cheerleader in trouble wore off on me after the first season. It’s a bit of the comic book syndrome (which I get is the point), as we kind of feel like we know she’s the one safe character in the whole show.

Just yesterday we noted the return of Jayma Mays for an episode, which was the latest in a very busy off-season for the show that including announcing the additions of   Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters, Oz, Desperate Housewives), Robert Knepper (Prison Break), Madeline Zima (Californication), Rachel Melvin (Days of our Lives), Ray Park (Phantom Menace, G.I. Joe), Deanne Bray (Sue Thomas: F.B. Eye) and Rick Worthy scheduled to appear in the upcoming season.

Hayden Panettiere is reportedly dating Lindsay Lohan's ex-boyfriend. The Heroes actress - who celebrated her 20th birthday on Saturday - has been seen walking hand-in-hand with 28-year-old millionaire Harry Morton on a Miami beach, sparking rumours they are an item.

It is believed Mean Girls actress Lindsay - who is dating on/off girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson - will be annoyed with the romantic developments. A source said: "Lindsay won't be happy Hayden is dating her ex. Although she's with Sam Ronson, she is still pals with Harry."

The couple were laughing and frolicking on the seafront as they took the nightclub owner's two dogs for a walk. It is also thought Hayden's ex-boyfriend, British TV presenter Steve Jones, will be "gutted" about Hayden's new man.

Hayden Panettiere has reportedly been spotted enjoying a romantic stroll in Malibu with Lindsay Lohan's ex-boyfriend Harry Morton.

The 20-year-old actress split from Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia in February and was subsequently linked to TV presenter Steve Jones.

However, Panettiere has now fuelled rumours of a relationship with Morton after she was seen on Thursday walking his dogs along a Malibu beach, Angry Ape reports.

Hayden Panettiere has admitted that she loves to walk around naked, which often leaves her roommate red-faced. The gorgeous star says that she is often embarrassing herself, but when it comes to being seen in the nude, she seems to feel totally comfortable about it.

"The last person to see me naked was my stylist," ContactMusic quotes her as saying. "But it's usually my roommate, who is my best friend - she sees me buck-naked all the time. She walks in and I'm like, 'Look, I'm naked! Naked girl!'"

"I've had so many embarrassing moments. You name it, I've done it. I'm always falling on my face!" But believe it or not, even perfect girls like Hayden feel insecure sometimes, and she admits that jealousy is one of her worst traits.

"I hate it whenever I feel envy or jealous in any respect," Panettiere confesses. "It's such a terrible feeling, and such a silly thing to feel.

"This week Hayden also revealed she hates being judged by strangers, and also gave away tips on how she looks so great. Panettiere is currently promoting her new movie 'I Love You, Beth Cooper'.

Harry Morton, the 28-year-old owner of LA's famous Viper Room club, was spotted walking on the beach with Heroes star Hayden Panettiere yesterday. Morton has also previously been linked to Lindsay Lohan.

Business owners run in Morton's family. His father, Peter Morton, is the co-founder of the Hard Rock Cafe and his grandfather was Arnold Morton, founder of Morton's Restaurant Group.

TMZ reported that the couple hung out in Malibu two days before Panettiere's birthday. The starlet turns 20 tomorrow.

Hayden Panettiere gets "buck-naked" with her best friend. The actress - who has previously dated her 'Heroes' co-star Milo Ventimiglia and British TV presenter Steve Jones - wanders around her home in the nude and is often caught by her roommate.
