Hollywood, CA – There are some people who are destined for greatness in the entertainment industry. Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, and Will Smith are just a few of the people who seem like they could have done nothing else but become stars. Some, such as Robert Downey Jr. have spent as much time destroying their celebrity status as they have building yet somehow seem to still come out on top, almost as though fame itself was insistent on having them. Even deceased stars, like James Dean and Heath Ledger, became legends upon dying, their star power so luminescent.

And then there are the others. Inevitably, Hollywood history is filled with pretenders to the throne, with people who believed they could have been contenders and who, for a short time, a small taste of that world. Inevitably though their careers stalled as quickly as they began, relegating them to bit parts, supporting roles, and legions of people who remember that thing that they were in a long time ago, what was the name of that? Recent descents into anonymity with names such as Claire Danes, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Rachael Leigh Cook, and Freddie Prinze Jr. are all examples of such collapses
that, despite their failures, have spawned new generations of pretenders such Hayden Panettiere who recently had her bust line augmented in an effort to garner more roles that likely will never come her way.
“Hayden went from an A to a C cup, and she couldn’t be happier. She’s wanted bigger boobs since she was 17, but the time and scheduling were just never right. She finally decided to do it right after the holidays. Hayden hopes her makeover will land her better parts and finally get her out of that cute, blonde, popular cheerleader stereotype,” an inside source told the Daily Fill. “She believes the best way to do that and have people to take her seriously is by getting bigger boobs. The examples of success after breast surgery are numerous and Hayden just wants to join that list.”Panettiere just recently left the show ‘Heroes’ which made her star. She has appeared in a number of films since her initial rise but none of them has met with great success.
“Breast augmentation can help gain exposure in certain individuals, I mean largely for practical purposes, so it might be a good movie. The simple truth is that girls with bigger boobs take up more of the screen meaning that they will be more prominent either on film or on television which makes casting agents perk up,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “I mean a C cup isn’t huge, but it is more than enough to push another actor off screen which means she at least might, maybe, possibly, will have a shot at continuing her career beyond what she already has.”
Most experts believe that if real fame were in the cards for Panettiere it would already have come to claim her, much as it has for Miley Cyrus whose breakthrough show began airing the same year as ‘Heroes’.
"Robert Downey, or Mickey Rourke are great examples of how much damage a person can do to a career and still make it back to the top. Of course they have acting skill and incredible levels of charisma which are things that can’t be added via plastic surgery, at least yet,” continued Temple. “Boobs are tried and true and there’s little doubt that they will make a lot of people happy, that is if a lot of people rent the kinds of movies she will be in from Blockbuster. People rent those things, I’ve seen them do it. It’s this weird subculture of ‘movie fans’ that I’m sure will like her new rack.”Panettiere is headlining a handful of movies in 2010, none of which are expected to see a bump from her new boobs.
