Hayden recently dished on her latest work out plan for her feature in this month’s Shape Magazine. “Swimming works all your muscles—your core, glutes, quads, even the ones you didn’t know you had, like the little ones in your feet and hands! It’s about getting your heart rate up and building endurance. You can hold your breath much longer than you think you can.”
