Hayden Panettiere showed she was a good sport today as she guzzled beer and cheered from the stadium during the New York Jets match against the Buffalo Bills. The 22-year-old actress also got to enjoy the company of her NFL star boyfriend Scotty McKnight, who is currently being rested from the Jets due to a knee injury. The couple were in high spirits as McKnight's team emerged victorious, winning the match 28-24 in New Jersey tonight.

During the match, Heroes star Panettiere put in an animated performance, clapping and cheering the team on. She was decked out in a green beanie hat, while her other half co-ordinated on the hat look with a black one. Hayden has now been dating McKnight since the summer, following her split from boxer boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko.
Initially the Scream 4 star was wrongly linked to McKnight's team-mate Mark Sanchez. At the time, she told Us Magazine: 'I'm a huge Jets fan and became very good friends with Mark and his buddies. 'I've always been that girl who has a lot of dude friends. I'm into sports so we have a lot in common but no, definitely 100per cent not dating.
'Time will tell if I'm lying, but I'm 100per cent not. He's a great dude and he's a great football player and he's Jet player, which I love.'As it turned out, it was McKnight who she was actually dating who, at 5ft11, is more of a match for Hayden's petite 5ft1 frame. The actress split from her heavyweight champion boxer boyfriend Klitschko after citing the long distance nature of their relationship as a problem.
Hayden’s statement read: 'While we decided to split, we feel great sympathy and respect for each other and will surely stay close friends.'Wladimir, 35, added: 'We have had a great time together. But more and more we realised how difficult it is to maintain a relationship when living on two continents. 'I cherish Hayden as a person and woman and I'm sure we will stay friends.'
