The kooky party was filled with burlesque dancers, fire-breathers and performers dressed as Charlie and the chocolate factory style Oompa-Loompas.
The Heroes actress completed her landmark age. David hired out the four-storey Cavern Club venue in Ann Arbor, Michigan and invited performers from the comedy show Beacher's Madhouse for the party.
